About sandra grace
Take a minute to complete our short survey “Understanding Equity in Workforce Development”.
Here at Sandra Grace, we believe that people and organizations are the experts in their lives and communities and possess a unique understanding of the intricacies of their local, state and regional context. In the talent and workforce development field, we see practitioners as experts.
As we collectively work towards creating an anti-racist talent and workforce development ecosystem, we see practitioners’ insights as invaluable to better understanding our progress, gaps, and the impact of the current political climate. Not only are we curious about what folks are seeing, but we also think it’s important to collect these insights and share them out with the field at-large. So, we developed a survey!
Our “Understanding Equity in Workforce Development” survey is now open and we’d love to hear from you! The survey is anonymous and should take 15-20 minutes to complete. We’ll be sure to publicly share results and, if you’re interested in talking more, you can fill out the Google form linked in the Thank You page of the survey.
